International payments
It’s great you’re interested in proceeding with your purchase for your project.
General terms:
- We issue fiscal invoices with payment receipts (CFDI) for each partial payment, please let us know if you have different requirements.
- 50% deposit required to begin production. Remaining 50% due within 7 days of order completion.
- Since the parts enter production immediately upon receipt of the deposit, we can only accept changes within 7 calendar days of order confirmation. Prices and delivery times may be updated based on these changes.
- Please review the full terms and conditions in the quote you received from us.
Available payment methods:
There are two settings you should keep in mind when making the transaction with your bank:
1. Base currency of the transaction. Set Mexican Peso (MXN) as the base currency instead of US Dollars (USD). When calculating the amount you want to send, always use the final amount in MXN. Once you authorize the transaction, your bank will convert the MXN to your card's currency. This is similar to what happens when you travel abroad and pay with your card in the local currency.
2. International transaction fee. Look for the option to specify how the transaction fees will be handled. Choose the option that states "deduct fees separately." This way, the fee won't be deducted from the total amount sent, ensuring we receive full payment for the products. Your bank will make a separate charge to your account for the bank commission.
